Our factory is located in Xinxiang Henan province, it is near by zhengzhou.We have several good factory partners, each factory has about 50 skilled workers, and also has its own clothing that they are good at.We always arrange orders to different factories to produce according to the style of the clothing, so that the factory will make use of the advantages of its workers to make high-quality clothing.Our company purchases fabric and accessories according to the customer′s order and send it to the corresponding factory for production after quality inspection.Our inspection department will inspect the goods in the early and middle stages of production, so that any quality problems in the production process can be discovered and corrected early.We can make sure it is not any quality problem when our custome receive the bulk production.
International trade personnel negotiate with the clients about the details of the fabric, accessories and specifications, etc.Purchasing department purchase the fabric and accessories which clients require.We will choose 5-10% of them to make quality inspection to check if they can meet the standard.After checking the quality of them, workers in the factory will firstly manufacture a sample.Then the technical section will check if the sample is correct.If the sample is correct, workers will begin to bulk producing.When bulk producing proceeds to 100 pieces, technicist will go to the factory to check the quality of them.And when products packing proceeds 40%, technicist will go to check again.The selective examination rate is 5-10% of the total quantities.After packing, technicist should make the final selective examination.
